We solve a representative week against your real geography and hand back the vehicle count, the trip count and the cost. You see the plan before you sign anything.

Questions
No. We can run the planning and dispatch layer over your existing fleet, which is usually the fastest way to get visibility without touching a supplier contract. If you would rather hand the whole thing over, we run our own vehicles too.
Per vehicle trip. The solver minimises trip count first and kilometres only as a tiebreak, precisely because the trip is what you pay for. Every invoice ties back to an approved plan you can open.
It goes to your coordinator as an exception rather than silently re-solving a plan that drivers may already be holding. They can add the passenger and the override is replayed onto the plan.
Yes. Slots are configuration, not code. Our standard slots are 19:00, 20:00, 21:00, 23:00 and 04:00, but business contracts set their own around shift-end times.
Honestly. A long solo run costs what it costs, and the system will tell you that rather than bury it in an average. Often the answer is a shuttle to a node plus a short door-to-door leg, and we will model both.
